Is it wise...

...to be talking on your cell phone and smoking a cigarette at the same time as you are driving a motor vehicle? This is what I saw some idiot doing yesterday. And mind you this wasn't some little sedan, this was a big delivery truck/van thing. At least it wasn't on the highway, although I'm sure that wouldn't have stopped him.
